It is true that Maharashtra wants IPL games delayed. It is a simple logic that election will be coming soon so Maharastra government disable to give the security to IPL series.

It is a reasonable reason for the Maharashtra to delayed IPL games. Because of IPL games need more security and now a days Maharastra is not able to give the full security to IPL game.
